Shipping & Delivery
All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. A handling charge of $2.00 will be added to all orders. At this time, The Gamblers Boutique ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does The Gamblers Boutique ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax

Return Policy At The Gamblers Boutique, we want you to shop in confidence. If, for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase, you choose to return your selection, we'll refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account. There is a restocking charge of $3.00. You can return your purchase by mail. If you have any questions, please call 812-343-5847 and we will be happy to assist you. On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Customer Number, Name, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to simply return the item for credit or if you would rather exchange it for another item. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to process the order. We will pay the shipping for the new item. Please repack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, and include the packing slip with your name and address. Please remove or cover the original shipping label. If the item you're returning was a gift, please include the name and address of the person who sent you the gift. This information will assist our Returns department in locating your order and expediting your request. Please Allow 15 Days. It takes approximately 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
